Flying arts tour to Dysart, a workshop in printmaking using less toxic techniques. We etched aluminium using bluestone copper sulphate, and tried inky ground and crayon as our blockout mediums. The chine colle corked very well with the imagery.
Had a wonderful time in this booming mining town, and played my first ever game of golf among cockatoos galahs and ducks at Middlemount Golf Club where they have the best fried icecream anywhere!
