Every year there is a fashion parade with a botanical theme at Mt Cootha Botanical gardens. Bettina Palmer organises this annual event, where models parade local artist, carftspeople and designer wearables. It also incorporates a shop selling unique hand made wearables. These silk and silk georgette scarves were hand painted by people with disabilities. All our work sold, and the money helped fund our program, Here are some photos of our silk scarves in the process of creation.
